Which areas do you serve?
All of South Florida: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Travel outside this area can be quoted.
How many guests do you need?
Each station has its own minimum, shown on the station cards. We can combine stations for larger events.
What is included?
Chef and service team, the station equipment, disposables for the station and clean-up of our own service area. The venue or host provides power, a covered and level setup area, table access and parking, as confirmed in the event briefing.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season dates go fast, so we recommend 4 to 8 weeks ahead, but we do take last-minute events when the calendar allows.
